Tani Diakite and The Afrofunk stars took the stage to open the 2013 WNL concert series and the crowd of hundreds were treated to one of the most talented group of musicians to ever play at Wednesday Night Live. The kamale ngoni (young man’s harp) and the African drum beats blended to create hypnotic sounds that kept the crowd dancing throughout the night. The evening ended way too early and left us wanting more, more, more . . .
