July 9th – Bill Camplin & Randy Sabien
Bill Camplin is a singer/songwriter and acoustic guitarist who began playing professionally in the Milwaukee Area in the late 1960‚s. Bill writes and arranges his own material and has produced a considerable body of work. Bill was an integral part of the Milwaukee acoustic folk scene for many years and appeared regularly at various clubs including the Blue River Café, Numero Unos, The Crystal Palace, The Avante Garde and the 19th Street Coffee House.
Randy Sabien is a bluesy, rockin’, swingin’, funky, jazz violinist. With an intensely rhythmic, vibrant and inventive style, he has captivated audiences worldwide, playing with scores of bands and musicians of all stripes.
July 16th – Meaghan Owens
Meaghan Owens offers songs that are glimpses of America—always insightful, sometimes funny, and sometimes sad. She sings in the voices of her characters. July 23rd – Rockstar Gomeroke
Everybody dreams of becoming a rock star . . . well now’s your chance! Join the Gomers onstage and sing your favorite songs to a crowd of adoring fans. You’ve never seen karaoke like this before. Visit the Gomers’ homepage to check out their huge song list in advance, then sign up and bring your own lyrics (or smartphone if you want to sing a tune you don’t know by heart) and if your name is drawn from the “Magic Sombrero of Rock”, you’ll be onstage and singing your heart out.
